Bring to a boil and then turn down to medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.<\/p>\n<p>In two parfait or tall glasses, create the parfaits by layering ingredients. Add \u00bd cup of cooked oatmeal to the bottom of each glass.<\/p>\n<p>Divide one YogurtZ pouch over the oatmeal in each glass. Layer about 1\/3 cup berries over the YogurtZ layer in each glass.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat layers with remaining ingredients (ending with berry layer.) If desired, add fresh mint leaves on top.<\/p>\n<p>*If using frozen berries, add to a small pot.
